Are the amounts of different ab workout to choose from confusing you? Does it really have to be so difficult to find something that really works? I’m going to give you some great tips, and some nice ab workouts to help on the way to a leaner stomach.
1. If it doesn’t feel like your abs are working, it’s very unlikely that actually are. While you are doing the exercise you should be able to feel your abs pushing or pulling.
2. Think while you are doing. Think about your abs while you are doing the exercise, to make sure you are using the right muscles. If you are using the momentum of the exercise, or pulling with your arms and legs, you’re cheating.
3. Use an exercise ball. By lifting the exercise up from the floor, on to an exercise ball, you will be strengthening your whole core. Your body will be using more muscles to prevent you from falling off.

Today I had my regular cut and color at a new hair salon. My new stylist was Amy and we enjoyed an interesting first chat as she made me look years younger! It wasn’t long before our conversation focused on the benefits of every day exercise in our lives.
We soon found we shared a common interest. This was exercise, eating a healthy diet and losing weight. We compared notes about the success of our programs.
Amy is at the centre of many lives including her husband, teenage kids and her clients. She was overweight by about 20 pounds when she decided to start an every day exercise program and to modify her diet. She is very proud to have lost half of her excess weight already despite her busy schedule at work and at home.
I was really impressed to hear how she has rearranged her very full work hours. She now allows time for every day exercise. She tells me that she is serious about reclaiming her wedding day body and health.
