When you think of when you should plant your garden, most of us think of planting in the spring and harvesting in the fall. For most of the crops we plant this is right. But there are things to be taken into consideration such as plant species and climates variations.

For some crops it is helpful to plant in the fall because it helps enrich the soil for the following spring. And certain lettuce varieties can be planted late in the summer and still be harvested before the first frost.

When you should plant certain vegetables depends on the species and your climate zone. Get the best estimate possible on when to expect the first frost. Some good sources to find out information on possible frost are the 30-day weather forecasts and the Farmer’s Almanac.

Many times people use quick weight loss diets to help them lose a few pounds in order to fit into a certain outfit or to help them have a better self-image. Rapid weight loss is not always healthy. Before embarking on any diet, you should be sure to consult your physician.

Quick weight loss diets are hardly new. However, embarking on one causes a significant change in your dietary and nutritional intake. For that reason, quick weight loss diets should be limited to a time period of no more than seven days.

Quick weight loss diets are not intended for prolonged use. Although you may not notice a problem at first, your body will soon stop responding to the diet and the weight loss will reach a plateau. Quick weight loss diets will produce some results, but over the long-term are unhealthy for your body.

Does the Apple Patch Diet Work?

by Fatty Bobatty

Numerous “fad” or innovative diets are currently on the market, one being the Apple Patch Diet. Unlike diets that involve pills, sprays, or supplements, this particular diet uses a special type of patch. For weight loss, this new way of dropping unwanted pounds has no serious side effects.

Most diet aids on the market have some type of side effect to include nausea and indigestion. However, unlike most supplements and diet pills, the Apple Patch Diet has few, if any. The ingredients include a pumpkin extract called Garcinia Cambogia, Guarana Extra that comes from a South African shrub, and brown seaweed known as Fucus Vesiculosus.

To ensure safety and effectiveness of the ingredients, serious research has been done. The ingredients offer several benefits but the most valuable has to do with healthy and quick weight loss. Since this is a diet that works and without side effects, there are many doctors not suggesting it.

by Wendy D Hearn

For many people their goal is to lose fat. Having extra fat on our bodies doesn’t feel good, we know its not healthy for us and it affects how attractive we feel. We dream of looking in the mirror and seeing a slim, sexy body staring back at us instead of the body we currently have that has extra fat and looks unsightly.

Although you’d probably love this fat to go as quickly as possibly I’m sure you’re aware that they are healthy and unhealthy ways of doing this. Unhealthy ways usually mean diet pills and fad diets which we know are really harmful to our bodies. So, a safe way to lose this fat is what is called for and although it will take a little work, once you’ve achieved your fat loss, the healthy habits are likely to stay with you. This means you’re much less likely to gain the fat back again.

With so many people reporting they have reached their weight loss goals using Desert Burn hoodia, I had to do a little investigation. So many diet pills have outrageous claims. I wanted to see for myself if the hype around Desert Burn was authentic, or if it was another marketing scheme. Most everyone knows by now that there are many hoodia supplements on the market that aren’t manufactured in a way that truly work-or they are outright fakes. But, after doing my research on Desert Burn, I have to say that it is authentic and it’s possible to reach your weight loss goals quicker and easier using this supplement.

The bottom line is Desert Burn works because the company that makes it isn’t interested in taking any short cuts. They get their hoodia directly from South Africa, and they use the part of the hoodia plant that has the appetite suppressant properties in it. Unlike other companies, Desert Burn doesn’t use any stimulants or fillers in their capsules, either. And, they have the proof to back it up.
